A first responder is someone with a desire to serve who has a basic knowledge of first aid. Past experience and/or licensing in the medical field is helpful, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are CPR certified with a willingness to learn the basics of first aid. Training on medical devices will be provided.
The Good Samaritan Civil Immunity Law gives protection from liability for First Responders who respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
Have you ever felt compelled to minister to others by helping them understand the Bible and enjoy belonging to a Jesus centered community of people? Group leaders use their gift of teaching to help people follow Jesus, become like Jesus, and participate in the mission of Jesus. They use the Bible as their authority for truth, and work in collaboration with the discipleship pastor to minister to Grace Church.
